Installation of Siemens Magnetom Aera 1.5T MRI scanner
In December 2013, Manila Doctors Hospital completed installation of a state-of-the-art Siemens Magnetom Aera 1.5T MRI scanner, capable of performing a comprehensive range of MRI examinations. With 4G Total Imaging Matrix (TIM)technology, our scanner performs MRI exams fast and efficiently, with excellent image quality.
The wide bore opening of 70cm is designed to maximize patient comfort. With the addition of the Magnetom Aera, Manila Doctors Hospital further increases its clinical imaging capabilities, which lead to increased diagnostic confidence and more targeted treatment strategies.
